Delivery Policy
Order Preparation and Shipping
We commit to preparing and shipping all orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12:00 PM are shipped the same day, to guarantee you fast and efficient delivery.
Delivery Zones
Sofa Tantra delivers to the following geographical areas: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, and Italy.
Carrier Selection and Pricing
The carrier and delivery fees may vary depending on several criteria: the weight and quantity of products, their availability, the total amount of your order, and the country of destination.
Shipping Methods
- Standard delivery by DPD: home delivery within 2 to 4 working days.
- Delivery of bulky orders by Géodis: for larger items, Géodis will contact you by phone or SMS within 48 hours of shipment, to arrange a delivery slot that suits your availability.
If your order includes items from different suppliers, they may be shipped separately to speed up delivery.
Delivery Fees
- Bulky order: €39.00
- Standard order: €11.00
Sofa Tantra reserves the right to revise or cancel these fees for certain promotional periods, without prior notice.
An item is considered bulky if its packaging perimeter developed exceeds 300 centimeters or if its gross weight is greater than or equal to 20 kilograms.
No third party may claim reimbursement of delivery fees applied at the time of purchase.
Returns
Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the receipt of your order. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The return of the following items is not authorized:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or substances
- Flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
Cases of Partial Refunds
- Books showing obvious signs of use.
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, audio cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed, and your original method of payment will be automatically credited within a few days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please first recheck your bank account, then contact your credit card company, then your bank. If you have done all these steps without result, contact us at admin@sofa-tantra.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to exchange yours for the same item, please email us at admin@sofa-tantra.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Return Shipping
To return your product, please email us at admin@sofa-tantra.com. Shipping costs for returns are at your expense and are non-refundable.
