Delivery

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY LEAD TIME?

Orders placed before 12 PM are generally shipped the same day, from Monday to Friday.

For in-stock items, the average delivery time is 2 to 5 business days in mainland France.

HOW DOES DELIVERY WORK?

For bulky products, delivery is handled by Geodis.

After your order has been dispatched, the carrier will usually contact you by telephone within 24 to 48 hours to arrange a home delivery appointment.

DO YOU DELIVER TO EUROPE?

Yes, we deliver to France, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Italy.

Delivery costs are calculated automatically during the order process according to the country of
destination.

I want to order several Tantra sofas. How do I do that?

For any order of more than 4 tantra sofas, please contact us by e-mail at
admin@sofa-tantra.com.

We will be able to send you a personalized transport quote.

IS THE PACKAGING DISCREET?

Yes. All our orders are shipped in neutral, discreet packaging.

No explicit mention of the content appears on the box.

WHAT TO DO IF THE BOX IS DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY?

Upon receipt, carefully check the condition of the carton before signing the delivery slip.

If the carton is damaged, open it in front of the delivery person to inspect the product. In case of damage, refuse the delivery or make specific reservations on the delivery slip.

Without written reservations at the time of delivery, coverage by the carrier cannot be guaranteed.

Payment

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept payments by Visa and Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna and bank transfer.

For bank transfers, please include your order number as a reference.

HOW WILL THE TRANSACTION APPEAR ON MY BANK STATEMENT?

The transaction will appear as "ADSP Distribution" on your bank statement.

DO YOU ACCEPT PAYMENTS IN INSTALLMENTS?

Yes, you can pay for your order in installments with PayPal or Klarna, depending on the options available at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

WHAT IS SOFA TANTRA'S RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return, in accordance with your right of withdrawal.

The product must be returned complete, clean, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

For any return or exchange request, please contact us first at admin@sofa-tantra.com so that we can inform you of the procedure to follow.

AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN FEES?

In the event of a cancellation, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In the event of a defective product or preparation error, our customer service will provide you with the
appropriate solution.

CAN SOME PRODUCTS NOT BE RETURNED?

For hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned after opening or use, except in the case of a defect or preparation error.

Products and maintenance

HOW TO MAINTAIN MY TANTRA SOFA?

Clean the upholstery with a soft, slightly damp cloth and mild soap if necessary.

Avoid abrasive products, alcohol, solvents, and rough sponges.

Then dry with a clean cloth.
